From the slate hills around the village of Ayl on the Saar comes Cask 4. From very stony vineyards within the old Rau- and Scheidterberg we harvest fully ripe grapes with a fine bouquet. From these we produce this off-dry, mineral Riesling, which brings pleasure on any occasion. Delightfully low alcohol (only 9.5?10%) but expressive and sparkling on the palate.
