Many new features and improved functionality - that's what Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Business promises

Until now, each new Office version set entirely new, higher standards, and the "H&B" edition of Office 2019 is no exception. Microsoft has made significant improvements with regard to data security, also for documents that are edited in teams. For example, administrators can now black out individual data sets in Word or Excel if a team member should not have access to them for data protection reasons, but still needs to partially edit the file. New features to prevent data loss have also been integrated. The integrated cloud storage helps with this; a direct interface has been created to share and back up files without much effort. The use of Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Business is therefore, as usual, limited to a single installation, which should not pose a hurdle especially for freelancers and private users.

Office 2019 Home and Business now without OneNote, but still with Outlook

OneNote is not included in this edition for the first time, which is due to the fact that the digital notebook has been completely removed from the Office software kit. Anyone who wants to take digital notes from now on can simply use the Windows 10 app provided for this. Outlook for managing your e-mail accounts is, as usual, also included in this version. To use Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Business on a Windows PC, it must run the Windows 10 operating system. All included programs are, of course, installed in the 2019 edition as well.
